Waterloo Local History Society was set up in 2022 by local residents keen to celebrate the area’s fascinating past. We conduct new research, coordinate existing information and build local knowledge.

Our research and events theme for 2024 is Health . We would like to encourage you to start your own research into Waterloo’s individuals and institutions and their involvement, past and present, into the causes and remedies of poor health.
